Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING available on orders with a subtotal of $89 or more. (Shipping Ground to non-APO addresses within the contiguous 48 states.) Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $89, before shipping and taxes. If you use a coupon code that brings your subtotal below $89, free shipping will not apply. Your order will be shipped via the least expensive carrier and method.  We use the following for free shipping: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, or UPS 3-day.

Shipping

We ship Mon-Fri only. In-stock items are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. 

Free Shipping on orders of $55 or more

Economy Shipping: Typically take 4 -8 business days for delivery.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

Expedited: 1-3 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. If you have any issues with delivery, you will need to contact the carrier. Feel free to contact us for any additional information needed to submit the claim. (This is not uncommon during the busy Holiday season.) Please note that a claims for Priority Mail will not be accepted by USPS before 15 days have passed since it was received by USPS or after 60 days.

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Local Pick-ups

Local Pickups of orders from our warehouse are available. Simply select the Pickup option from the first screen at Checkout. For same day pickups, if ordering on a Monday, please place your order before 10am. Tues-Fri, please place your order by noon. 

**Orders placed for pick up must be picked up within 10 business days! If not picked up after 10 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee!**

We are located at 450 Industry Way, Ste 10, Prosper, TX 75078, and pickups are available Monday-Thursday from 9:00-4:45 and Friday from 9:00-3:00.
